Mr Sanjay Bhargava has 40 years’ experience in Industry and Education, after completing B.Sc. (Hons) Mathematics from St. Stephen’s College, Delhi and PGDM from Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore (1979). He has worked with National Dairy Development Board, Planning Commission, Hindustan Lever, Tata Consultancy Services, Bajaj Tempo and Bajaj Auto in Marketing, Exports, Consultancy and Planning. He has been responsible for Shiksha Mandal, Wardha since 2009, which is a century old Bajaj educational trust that runs eight institutions in Wardha and Nagpur with over 10,000 students. He was its Pradhan Mantri from 2009 to 2015 and is the Chairman since 2015. It was under his leadership that the Bajaj Science Education Centre in Wardha in 2007 and for starting Bajaj Education Initiative for schools saw the light of the day. He is working as a CEO, Wardha of Jamnalal Bajaj Seva Trust. His efforts led to the establishment of an engineering college, the Bajaj Institute of Technology, Pipri-Wardha, in 2017.
